We are seeking a strategic, analytically-minded, and results-driven Program Manager to join our People Organization and lead the way we listen to, understand, and act on the employee experience. In this role, you’ll own the roadmap for a multi-channel, year-round employee sentiment ecosystem, designing scalable feedback mechanisms across the full employee lifecycle and translating complex data into compelling narratives that drive real decisions.
