Responsibilities: Work with various teams, stakeholders, and business owners to elicit requirements and align process changes. Drive integration and solution design across Cloud (AWS/Azure) platforms, incorporating AI/ML and Generative AI–based automation where applicable. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and processes. Communicate clearly and consistently with Business and other stakeholders throughout various project phases. Configure application settings, user management of cloud applications. Take ownership of technical solutions from design, Various Data Integrations, Data Security, Data access and architecture perspective, ensure the right direction. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Test enhancements and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance testing.
