Job Description/Preferred Qualifications We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Global Workplace Services (GWS)/Facilities Maintenance team. This role will focus on business process alignment/analysis, and lead IT system & data solutions. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Business Analyst/Consultant to join our Global Workplace Services (GWS) team. This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end facilities management and EH&S (Health, Environment and Safety) solutions using industry softwares. You will work closely with stakeholders to address complex challenges, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless integration of facilities maintenance and EH&S processes. Responsibilities: Work with various teams, stakeholders, and business owners to elicit requirements and align process changes. Drive integration and solution design across Cloud (AWS/Azure) platforms, incorporating AI/ML and Generative AI–based automation where applicable. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and processes. Communicate clearly and consistently with Business and other stakeholders throughout various project phases. Configure application settings, user management of cloud applications. Take ownership of technical solutions from design, Various Data Integrations, Data Security, Data access and architecture perspective, ensure the right direction. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Test enhancements and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance testing. Design API Integrations with third party tools Ensure deliverables are completed within timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues Support Snowflake data ingestion, modeling, and performance optimization Manage data quality, governance, and scalable pipelines across AWS/Azure Data Lake environments, ensuring secure and reliable data operations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with business analytics tools such as Snowflake, Power BI and process automation like UiPath Experience of adopting and implementing AI in facilities maintenance domain Experience with cloud architecture and cloud application administration (AWS, Azure, or Oracle) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 6-8 years of experience (functional/business analyst) in the domain of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Facilities/Plant Maintenance Management Experience designing and supporting EH&S (Health, Environment and Safety) and Facilities/Plant maintenance management platforms (e.g., Cority, Nuvolo, Procore) Demonstrable ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, develop functional specifications, and deliver reporting solutions from design through deployment Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation of current-state and future-state business processes Experience of project management delivering end-to-end projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies Strong time management and business-facing skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines Ability to recommend innovative solutions maximizing new technologies and industry trends Base Pay Range: $111,100.00 - $188,900.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA KLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
