Banking Branch Manager:

East West Bank is in search of a Banking Branch Manager, tasked with overseeing business development and sales of banking products. The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing successful tactics to achieve yearly branch targets, as well as delivering outstanding customer service to clientele. Collaboration with other product managers to recommend bank offerings to associates and upholding operational policies for regulatory compliance are also key responsibilities of the position.

Branch Manager Qualifications:

  • It is recommended to have a high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED.
  • Having worked in a professional capacity for a period of 5 years.
  • A minimum of three years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Must possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or training, with a focus on robust understanding of commercial lending or product expertise.
  • Being able to comprehend, evaluate, and decipher financial statements showing a company's assets, liabilities, and equity.
  • Skill in delivering information and addressing inquiries from various audiences, including managers, employees, clients, and the public.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

  • Organize, synchronize, and oversee all functions and tasks of a complete branch office, including monitoring and evaluating sales and customer service achievements compared to predetermined goals and targets.
  • Reach out to current and prospective clientele both in the store and through external outreach endeavors to present new merchandise and offerings to fresh customers and corporate entities.
  • Engage with clients, enterprises, neighborhoods, and social groups to attract fresh clientele; deliver training sessions on sales, customer care, and merchandise for employees.
  • Formulate a strategic business blueprint aimed at optimizing profits for specified banking services within the branch.
  • Make sure to carry out the required processes regarding the custody and management of assets, documents, collateral for loans, and securities.
  • Create financial and regulatory documentation in accordance with legal mandates, guidelines, and executive leadership directives.
  • Attend community events and interact with local organizations on behalf of the bank to advertise and endorse banking offerings.
