<strong>Job Description</strong><br><br><strong>SUMMARY - HR Shared Services Manager, Americas</strong><br> <br>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join the HR Shared Services organization as a Data Administration and Employee Support Manager for the Americas region (Supporting North America and LATAM Regions). In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to data administration and providing exceptional support to our employees. Your expertise in data management, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring a seamless employee experience. In this role, there will be a heightened focus on continuous improvement and understanding employee needs to improve the overall employee experience and drive operational efficiencies. <br> <br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong> <br> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team across North America and LATAM, responsible for data administration, timecard data entry and employee support.</li> <li>Lead and manage our HR customer care team, responsible for the first point of contact with employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries </li> <li>Develop and implement standard work, and procedures to streamline data administration processes, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality. </li> <li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving ongoing enhancements by identifying service delivery constraints, analyzing root causes, and implementing innovative solutions based on comprehensive data insights and key performance indicators. </li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and coordination in data administration and employee support activities. </li> <li>Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data management and employee support, incorporating relevant advancements into the team's practices and processes. </li> <li>Manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill sets within the team. </li> <li>Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a strong customer service mindset. </li> </ul> <br><strong>YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge and understanding of data management principles, processes, and best practices. </li> <li>Strong HR and shared service acumen and customer service focus with ability to understand how upstream and downstream activities impact and are impacted by Shared Services. </li> <li>Cross-cultural leadership experience gained from leading teams in culturally diverse and hybrid environments. </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. </li> <li>Experience in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, to drive transformative change and operational efficiencies. </li> <li>Resourcefulness and a solution-oriented mindset, consistently delivering innovative and practical solutions to complex challenges. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, collaborating to achieve common goals. </li> <li>Experience implementing and optimizing HR technology solutions, driving automation and process efficiency. </li> </ul> <br> <strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. </li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within HR operations. </li> <li>5 years of experience working in Core HR systems, Payroll and shared service technology solutions. </li> </ul> <br><strong>Fortive Corporation Overview</strong><br> <br>Fortive's essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
