[Remote] Senior Business Development Manager, AI Native Ecosystems & Strategic Influence

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pure Storage is fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry, and they are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to architect their 'Pull-Through' strategy for AI Native startups. This role involves building partnerships with influential leaders in the AI ecosystem and ensuring Everpure™ is integrated as a foundational technology in their production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Architectural Mandates: Build deep-rooted partnerships with C-suite and Engineering leaders at high-growth AI startups to get Everpure™ written into their "Standard Reference Architecture," ensuring our technology is a non-negotiable requirement for their production environments
  • Drive Ecosystem Orchestration: Collaborate with the Neocloud ecosystem (e.g., CoreWeave, Lambda) to integrate Everpure™ as a first-class citizen within their GPU-as-a-Service offerings, creating seamless "bring-your-own-storage" paths for customers
  • Execute Competitive Displacements: Outmaneuver niche storage players by positioning the reliability, power efficiency, and "Evergreen" model of the Everpure™ Platform as the only sustainable choice for large-scale LLM and RAG deployments
  • Influence Product Evolution: Serve as a strategic conduit between the AI startup ecosystem and Everpure’s internal AI/HPC product teams, ensuring our roadmap anticipates and solves for the extreme-scale requirements of emerging AI training loops

Skills

  • Proven ability to navigate and influence the SF/NYC/Seattle AI startup landscape and Neocloud provider networks to secure high-impact, 'lighthouse' partnerships
  • Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, including NVIDIA architectures, RDMA/RoCE fabrics, and the critical role of metadata performance in high-frequency AI training and inference
  • Demonstrated success in executing complex, non-traditional business development motions that shift market perception and drive large-scale infrastructure adoption through strategic influence rather than high-volume transactions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently, acting as a facilitator between external executive stakeholders and internal engineering teams to resolve complex architectural challenges

Benefits

  • Flexible time off
  • Wellness resources
  • Company-sponsored team events
