[Remote] Sales Engineer, Strategic Accounts - Heavy Civil

They are seeking a Strategic Sales Engineer to partner with C-suite executives at strategic accounts, delivering software demonstrations and architecting solutions to address critical business challenges.


Responsibilities

  • Architect high-impact solutions by conducting deep-dive discovery calls with prospective customers to uncover and document critical business issues
  • Deliver expert technical demonstrations of Trimble’s enterprise-level software, tailoring the value proposition to meet the specific needs of executive-level stakeholders
  • Bridge the gap between sales and product by collaborating with consulting and product management teams to resolve process gaps and reporting requirements
  • Influence the sales cycle by gathering and modeling pre-demo data to provide a realistic "day-in-the-life" view of Trimble’s software impact

Skills

  • Proven expertise in the discovery process, with a talent for translating complex business problems into technical software solutions
  • Compelling presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences ranging from end-users to CEOs and CFOs
  • Strategic collaborator who can work across various departments to identify and convey the long-term value of digital construction tools
  • Direct experience in heavy civil construction, Trimble's Civil Estimating, Operations and Field Platform (B2W), and Trimble Business Center, providing a deep understanding of the unique workflows and challenges in the field
  • Previous experience with enterprise-level SaaS solutions specifically within the commercial construction or AECO landscape
