[Remote] Growth Marketing, Social Content

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AppLovin is a technology company that helps businesses connect with their ideal customers through innovative software and AI solutions. They are seeking a Growth Marketing professional to drive advertisers to their platform through engaging organic content, focusing initially on e-commerce and expanding into other areas. The role involves creating impactful content, measuring its success, and iterating based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Figure out what content actually lands and ship it. Live tools, charts, videos, webinars, livestreams, podcasts, mini-sites, whatever wins. Pull from our first-party advertiser data, customer voices, the product roadmap, and the broader market
  • Share the work publicly. Post on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and wherever the audience lives. You are comfortable being the public face of what you ship
  • Set the cadence: ship every week, measure every week, prune every month

Skills

  • You have built something that went viral. A tool that got passed around, a tweet that broke 10M views, a podcast that hit, a video that broke 1M, a Substack that scaled past 10k subs. You are a storyteller first
  • You can build from scratch on your own, and you also know how to partner with designers, researchers, and business development teams to amplify what you ship. Some weeks you will have a full team and budget. Others you will work solo or outsource. You scale your approach to what you have
  • You are obsessed with what builders are shipping right now. AI agents, indie tools, viral consumer apps, design-forward products. You know who is making them and why they are working
  • You are fluent in Claude Code and agentic AI tools. You build things with them — sites, tools, workflows, content. Not just chat with them

Benefits

  • Equity eligible
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Unlimited Discretionary Time Off
  • 10 paid holidays per year
  • 80 hours per year
