LiveOps Specialist

Scopely is looking for a LiveOps Specialist to join our Monopoly GO! Game team remotely from within the US or Canada. We are looking for someone ideally located in the Eastern time zone.

What You Will Do

As a LiveOps Specialist, you will be joining a growing LiveOps team, where you will help to deliver a top-class user experience through targeted campaigns. You will own the execution of the LiveOps events and offers, be responsible for campaign validation through QA to ensure error-free release and closely work with other teams across the business.

  • Execute LiveOps campaigns using bespoke in-house tools.
  • Work with other teams to test functionality pre-release to ensure error‑free execution.
  • Monitor the live events and investigate any issues.
  • Manage customer communication channels (in‑app messages & push notifications) using relevant segmentation for maximum impact.
  • Manage the AB testing setups.
  • Improve processes and raise tool or feature improvement requests.
  • Collaborate on tasks and projects with teams based in Spain and the United States - including Production, QA, Art and Economy.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, a strong sense of prioritisation, be able to manage multiple projects at the same time and work in a dynamic environment. We are looking for:

  • Skilled in working with a wide range of stakeholders, from QA to analytics to art to product.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes.
  • Proactivity in identifying risks and making changes when necessary with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Problem‑solving skills and an ability to apply logical thinking to encountered issues to find workarounds when necessary.
  • A customer‑centric approach and passion for improving the player experiences.
  • Detail‑oriented with focus on delivering results.
  • Good technical skills and ability to use high complexity tools or programs
  • An interest in games, particularly mobile games is a plus!
  • Creativity. You’ll have to make the leap from understanding what’s going on to brainstorming ways to improve it. Ultimately, success is about implementing campaigns and events that have a big impact on our users.

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA Annual Salary Range: $9,300 – $140,000 USD
