What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will support assigned business groups consisting approximately 200 employees, mostly located in Finland. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the trusted advisor to our local leaders, the voice of our people, and the bridge between global PX strategy and local execution. You will be directly influencing organizational effectiveness, cultivating a vibrant workplace culture, and leading impactful change management initiatives within a premier global tech company. You will serve as the "go-to" face of PX to employees and managers within the assigned groups and act as the primary liaison and single point of contact to other key PX functions, including our global Centers of Experience in areas like People Systems, People Enablement, Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, and People Operations. You will be part of the Western EMEA PX team with team members in Finland, Sweden, Norway, UK and France. You will report to the PX Manager, located in Finland. Key Exciting Responsibilities - Lead the local implementation of our global People processes, tailoring them to meet the needs of our Finnish organizations. This includes everything from talent management and performance development to employee engagement and organizational culture. - Manage employee relations, handle sensitive cases, and guide leaders through complex personnel and organizational initiatives while ensuring all local policies and practices comply with Finnish labor laws and align with global strategic goals.  - Partner with leaders in identifying changing organizational needs, provide strategic PX advice, and offer up ideas and solutions that significantly improve organizational effectiveness and culture and assist in change management processes.  - Drive strategic PX initiatives which increase employee engagement, support the business, and evolve the culture. Collaborate and facilitate the design and implementation of company-wide PX business processes, programs, and initiatives. - Advise and coach managers through critical business cycles, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management. - Facilitate local internal PX communications and drive employee engagement by hosting regular company informational meetings.  Essential Skills & Experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Partner, ideally within a multinational or matrixed environment, with a proven track record of planning, implementing, and facilitating diverse PX initiatives including compliance, compensation, and benefits. - Deep, comprehensive knowledge of Finnish labor laws. - Professional fluency in written and verbal Finnish and English languages to influence and collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders. - Proactive, resilient, and self-aware professional with the capability to manage complex employee relations, multitask, and navigate fast-paced, innovative environments with high integrity. - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships quickly, dive into details, present confidently to all levels, and adapt seamlessly to supporting new organizational groups as and when required. Bonus Points For - Academic degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Experience working with companies covered by the Collective Agreement for the IT Service Sector and negotiating with employee representatives. - Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems. - Strong background in change management. - Fluent Swedish language skills. Logistics: - Location: Espoo, Finland. You will be working at least four days a week at our modern office in Leppävaara, with the option to work remotely one day a week.
