Your Next Role As a Creative Designer, you will sit at the intersection of creative, engineering, and performance marketing—owning the production of high-impact, interactive ad creatives that materially lift CTR and downstream conversion. You’ll work closely with Performance Marketing, Growth Strategists, and Creative Strategy to design MOF/BOF AppLovin creatives, HTML end cards, and interactive statics that outperform traditional formats. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in experimentation, understands performance data, and wants to push beyond “static ads” into interactive, conversion-driven creative systems. You’ll sit alongside the existing Performance Designer (who owns Meta/social statics, landing pages, and CRO), sharing creative strategists, asset libraries, and learnings across channels. What You’ll do AppLovin Performance Creative Production Design MOF and BOF creatives optimized specifically for AppLovin placements and inventory Produce net-new assets weekly across static, interactive HTML, GIF, and short-form video formats Translate creative briefs into high-performing ad executions with speed and consistency Ensure compliance with AppLovin creative specifications (e.g. endcard dimensions, 5MB HTML file size limits, MRAID v2.0, single-file packaging with no external resources) HTML & Interactive Creative Development Build HTML-based interactive creatives that significantly outperform static CTR benchmarks Convert static concepts into interactive formats (tap, swipe, reveal, demo-style interactions) Develop landing-page-style and end-card-style HTML units for AppLovin environments Reference and reverse-engineer top performers from AppLovin’s interactive pages library (Health & Wellness, Home & Furniture verticals) to inform creative direction Performance-Driven Iteration & Testing Design creatives aligned to MOF/BOF intent signals, offers, and messaging angles Rapidly iterate based on CTR, CVR, engagement rate, and creative fatigue signals Collaborate with Growth and Media teams to prioritize winners and scale formats Multi-Format Asset Creation Design high-quality statics, animated GIFs, and short looping videos for AppLovin Create product unboxing, product demo, testimonial-style, and landing-style creatives Embed video or GIF elements seamlessly into HTML ad units AI-Augmented Creative Workflows Leverage AI design tools (including Nano Banana Pro) to accelerate concepting and execution Use AI to generate variations, backgrounds, compositions, and visual treatments Continuously evolve creative workflows using custom or multi-tool AI stacks How You’ll Succeed Maneuver is an OKRs, KPIs & data-driven company, we are not Mad Men (Well, not all), but Math Men.
