This is an open invitation for forward-thinking construction professionals to leverage their real-world expertise and join a team of like-minded, solution-focused people who drive strategic technology adoption across multi-million-dollar initiatives.<br><br><strong><strong>Key Exciting Responsibilities<br><br></strong></strong>As a high-level solution specialist within our strategic organization, your day-to-day work will balance entrepreneurial freedom with enterprise-scale impacts.<br><br><ul><li>Strategic Influence & Scaled Enablement: Take the best of your field processes and share them with enterprise and key account teams, training them to work more efficiently. </li><li>Product Innovation Advocacy: Collaborate directly with product innovation partners to bridge functionality gaps in current project management and ERP software architectures (such as pending change orders, contract line items, and markups)</li><li>Process Automation Exploration: Identify opportunities to deploy automation, custom SQL scripting, or artificial intelligence engines on top of legacy core platforms to eliminate operational friction.</li><li>Cross-Team Connectivity: Act as a "Field CTO"- style brand ambassador, staying connected to the wider solution engineering family through knowledge-transfer huddles and industry networking events.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Skills & Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience inside the construction industry. </li><li>Software Fluency: Deep familiarity with industry-standard construction software solutions, which may include Construction-Specific ERPs, Construction Accounting Software, Project Management, Steel Detailing, Structural Engineering, Steel & Concrete Detailers, Steel Fabrication and Production Controls, Structural Concrete & Design, Field Productivity for Labor, Equipment and Materials, Equipment Maintenance Scheduling, Service Maintenance Agreements, Job Cost Accounting, Civil and Geotechnical Estimating and Pre-Construction. </li><li>The "Entrepreneurial Island" Mindset: A creative problem solver who possesses the passion to challenge poor designs and build custom, scalable workflows.</li><li>Communication Mastery: The ability to command a room filled with any number of construction-specific personas, from CFOs & Controllers, Project managers, Engineers, and all types of operational leaders. <br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Bonus Points For<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>A proven track record of using AI to solve construction workflows of any type. </li><li>Background in financial leadership roles such as Construction Accountant, Controller, Assistant Controller, or Project Accountant. </li><li>Experience in VDC/BIM leadership, specialized subcontracting, structural engineering, or civil estimating. </li><li>Proven ability to design custom, scalable workflows and deploy custom SQL scripting or AI engines.</li><li>Experience with Trimble Construction One Software or Hardware.</li><li>Spanish, French and Portuguese (Brazil), language skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Logistics <br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Location: Remote/Hybrid/In Office (To be finalized based on location) </li><li>Travel Requirement: % (To be finalized based on business needs)<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>This is an ongoing posting that allows you to express interest in any future <br><br></strong></strong><strong><strong>opening in this area.
