Strategic Marketing Manager-Thermal Packaging-Remote (CA,WA,OR,AZ,TX)

<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>As a <strong>Strategic Marketing Manager</strong> here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead Solstice’s growth in Thermal Management growth in Advanced Packaging by identifying high value market opportunities, driving customer and partner engagement, shaping strategic direction, and advancing adoption of Solstice’s advanced materials and technology solutions. This role blends revenue driving business development with strategic marketing leadership, supporting M&A activities and working with a strong collaborative cross functional collaboration across R&D, sales, engineering, and operations.<br><br><strong>This role will work remotely when not travelling 30% of the time, and can be located in California, Oregon, Washington, Texas or Arizona.<br><br></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Business Development<br><br></strong><ul><li>Identify, prioritize, and pursue high value opportunities across OEMs, fabless, IDMs, subcontractors, in the broader datacenter ecosystem. Initial focus is on Thermal management at system level, with intent to expand into adv packaging</li><li>Build and sustain senior level customer and partner relationships that accelerate technology adoption and long term revenue growth</li><li>Own and manage the opportunity pipeline, forecast revenue, and coordinate cross functional execution to achieve growth targets</li><li>Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor packaging industry dynamics, thermal management advanced packaging processes, and emerging customer needs</li><li>Integrate and prioritize products and programs into a cohesive investment portfolio aligned with risk, ROI, and long term strategy</li><li>Partner with engineering, R&D, and marketing teams to shape innovative, customer aligned product offerings</li><li>Oversee development of complex product strategies that fit cohesively within Solstice’s broader product roadmap</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams for alignment & execution<br><br></li></ul><strong>Strategic Marketing and Market Intelligence<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assess existing and emerging markets, analyzing customer and market data to identify trends, competitive shifts, and growth opportunities</li><li>Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and develop compelling, executive ready presentations</li><li>Lead go to market strategy, including segmentation, messaging, and differentiated value proposition development</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, technology roadmaps and identify new spaces to impact business strategy and investment priorities<br><br></li></ul><strong>Sales Enablement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Equip R&D teams with market insights, competitive intelligence, training materials, and high impact sales tools</li><li>Develop clear, differentiated messaging that communicates Solstice’s technology advantages and strengthens customer engagement<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>YOU MUST HAVE<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in advanced packaging and related thermal management technologies</li><li>Minimum of 5 years in business development and/or strategic marketing roles</li><li>Proven track record of driving growth in electronics space through integrated BD and marketing strategies</li><li>Strong analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>WE VALUE<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials, or related field </li><li>Experience in global organizations and cross functional leadership</li><li>Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and go to market strategy</li><li>Ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements and partnerships<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation<br><br></strong>The annual base salary for this position is $156,000-$200,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
