[Remote] Customer Retention Representative

Responsibilities

  • Retain accounts by resolving outstanding issues while educating merchants on the reputed company of remaining with NAB. Issues generally center around: Rates and Fees – reputed company merchant on pricing, offer competitive reputed company quotes and/or reputed company internal reputed company analysis Equipment Concerns – reputed company merchant on equipment functionality (basics only), understand reputed company alternate equipment may be a reputed company fit, reputed company equipment recommendations Service Concerns – serve as a reputed company of contact for the merchant while their issues are being addressed and resolved, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure immediately reputed company reputed company merchants on the value of the reputed company loyalty program

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a call center environment required
