This role will partner closely with cross-functional marketing, portfolio, demand generation, activation, technical service, and creative teams to develop and optimize compelling product content that supports customer engagement and drives business growth.<BR> <BR>The ideal candidate brings strong writing and project management expertise, experience supporting B2B product launches, and the ability to manage complex content initiatives from strategy through execution.<BR> <BR><B>Key Responsibilities</B> <BR><BR> Contribute to and execute the annual product content plan aligned to broader marketing objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. <BR> Collaborate with portfolio marketing, demand generation, activation teams, technical service teams, and additional stakeholders to develop and execute content marketing strategies that support the customer decision journey. <BR> Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) collateral and content development initiatives in partnership with internal and external creative agencies. <BR> Develop, optimize, and approve product grouping and Base-Variant content to support global product launches and distribution needs. <BR> Ensure global content is properly handed off to internal teams for website loading, linking, categorization, and distribution partner deployment. <BR> Support and influence Product Content Health metrics through cross-functional collaboration and optimization efforts. <BR> Maintain and optimize product content libraries to ensure content remains relevant, effective, and aligned to portfolio goals. <BR> Partner with global portfolio leads, area portfolio leads, and activation planners to ensure consistency and strategic alignment across markets. <BR> Lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams and business functions. <BR> Create compelling product content for both internal and external audiences across multiple multimedia platforms. <BR> Support integrated marketing communications campaigns through scalable and engaging content development. <BR> Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and corporate identity guidelines. <BR> Collaborate closely with demand generation leaders and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns to campaign objectives and customer journey stages. <BR> <BR><B>Required Qualifications</B> <BR><BR> Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university. <BR> Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in digital marketing, product content marketing, or marketing communications with a strong digital focus. <BR> Proven experience working within a large, global, matrixed organization. <BR> Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. <BR> Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. <BR> Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. <BR> Strong project management and stakeholder management experience. <BR> Proactive, self-directed approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. <BR> Experience collaborating cross-functionally across marketing and business teams. <BR> <BR><B>Preferred Qualifications</B> <BR><BR> Experience supporting B2B product launches and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. <BR> Background in content marketing, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping. <BR> Experience in project management, account management, or similar client-facing roles. <BR> Strong planning and organizational capabilities. <BR> Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically. <BR> Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams and functions. <BR> "Get it done" mentality with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines. <BR> <BR><B>Additional Information</B> <BR><BR> Location: Maplewood, MN <BR> Schedule: Hybrid/Onsite <BR> Number of Positions: 1 <BR> Industry experience in product marketing, content strategy, or integrated marketing communications strongly preferred.
