<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>The Resident Liaison responds to a wide variety of resident feedback and delivers a consistent high-level of customer service by accurately assessing the needs of the resident and developing creative solutions, while also providing recommendations and personal touches to deliver an Elevated Living Experience.<br><br>This position will work second shift with weekends required.<br><br><strong>Perks & Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive pay and a Comprehensive Benefit Package </li><li>Health Saving Account, Flexible Saving Account, Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Annual Education Allowance </li><li>Generous Referral Program </li><li>Fun and collaborative company culture with lots of team-building events </li><li>Friends and Family rates for Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, The Opus Hotel and The Emily Hotel<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will You Do?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manages all resident interactions with the highest level of professionalism and accommodates special requests whenever possible; resolve the needs of the resident by providing a high-level of customer service and develops creative solutions to solve resident concerns; facilitates all inquiries and concerns in connection with our Elevated Living Experience offered, hours of operations, key team members, in-house experiences, directions, etc. and responds to all requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge.</li><li>Organizes resident personal belongings, messages, and packages which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner while providing a high-level of customer service.</li><li>Assists the leasing team with the scheduling and organization of property tours.</li><li>Complies with Workplace Rules and Standards of Conduct.</li><li>Interacts harmoniously and professionally with all team members at the designated property.</li><li>Assure all property collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Privy to all activities available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with solution providers in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for residents and guests.</li><li>Stores and retrieves personal luggage and belongings delivered to the property.</li><li>Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements and ensures billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Assists in processing Resident Care request for residents and guest via telephone or in person. </li><li>Provides basic trouble-shooting technical support for guest suite services such as cable, internet, TV movies, games, and web service.</li><li>Facilitates the point of entry for solution provider deliveries and resident move ins and outs. </li><li>Manages guest(s) parking space assignment and issues guest(s) parking passes. </li><li>Oversees the bicycle sharing program.</li><li>Duties listed above are the primary functions expected of this Resident Liaison role.
