Base pay starts at $16.25/hour DOE. Guaranteed 38 hours/week.


Position Expectations:

  • Supervise listers, shippers, and photographers to ensure a productive work environment
  • Oversee the quality of goods listed on website and ensure timely shipments
  • Manage records and reports, including daily sales and listing totals
  • Maintain positive public image through clean work environment and attractive listings
  • Safeguard merchandise and facility, and ensure security precautions
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure compliance with Goodwill policies, including loss prevention, HIPAA, and CARF standards
  • Support E-Commerce Operations Manager in personnel actions and employee supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned

Essential Duties:

  • Lead development and execution of e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth
  • Oversee online sales platforms, ensuring accurate listings, competitive pricing, and efficient order fulfillment
  • Manage inventory flow, pricing, and merchandising to optimize revenue
  • Ensure high-quality product listings and photography
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and develop e-commerce team members
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Stay up to date on e-commerce trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises e-commerce team members, assists in managing daily operations, and trains associates on tasks. Serves as manager on duty in the E-Commerce Operations Manager's absence and oversees daily customer service ticket resolution.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The employee is regularly required to use hands, fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and see, talk and hear. Frequently required to sit, walk, and stand. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift/move up to 25 lbs. May be exposed to outside weather conditions. Mental demands are characteristic of support function jobs. Specific vision abilities include color vision, depth perception, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or abilities required for the position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Individuals must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record.

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years of progressive work experience in retail including one-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
