Account Manager, Public Relations (B2B Technology)

<strong>Account Managers</strong> on our B2B Technology team lead integrated communications programs that elevate some of the most innovative brands in enterprise technology. They manage client relationships and drive strategic initiatives across areas such as enterprise software, cloud, security, data, and AI.<br><br>In this role, Account Managers oversee multiple account teams, managing all aspects of strategic planning, media relations, content development, and client partnership. They serve as trusted advisors to clients, guiding communications programs that build awareness, strengthen credibility, and deliver measurable business impact.<br><br>Account Managers also play an important role in mentoring junior team members, contributing to new business efforts, and helping Highwire continue to define excellence in B2B technology PR and marketing.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Media/Influencer Relations<br><br><ul><li>Develop and lead comprehensive media and analyst relations strategies for B2B technology clients across enterprise, cloud, security, AI, and fintech sectors.</li><li>Cultivate strong relationships with key business, trade, and technology media outlets and industry influencers.</li><li>Guide teams in building and maintaining media lists, identifying relevant opportunities, and crafting compelling story angles.</li><li>Strategically use social media platforms to amplify earned media, engage key audiences, and enhance client visibility.</li><li>Demonstrate experience measuring ROI and impact of media and influencer engagement programs.</li><li>Identify opportunities for thought leadership through contributed content, speaking engagements, and analyst briefings.<br><br></li></ul>Client Service/Management<br><br><ul><li>Serve as the day-to-day client contact, managing programs from kickoff
