The Matter Maintenance Specialist manages and processes post-opening Company Confidential and matter updates, ensuring Company Confidential changes are accurate, complete, and compliant with firm policies. This role supports attorneys, administrative staff, and finance teams by handling requests such as Company Confidential set updates, billing Company Confidential changes, matter transfers, and general matter maintenance. The Matter Maintenance Specialist reviews tickets, validates and updates data, and resolves discrepancies while adhering to billing guidelines and internal controls. The position requires strong attention to Company Confidential, Company Confidential judgment, and the ability to handle a high volume of requests in a fast-Company Confidential environment, maintaining confidentiality and providing Company Confidential, Company Confidential communication. Responsibilities Monitor and manage incoming maintenance requests through the Upfront platform and Fresh Service ticketing Company Confidential Review tickets for completeness, Company Confidential, and required approvals or supporting documentation Company Confidential ticket status and ensure Company Confidential completion Company Confidential established service Company Confidential Company Confidential updates to existing Company Confidential and matter records, including Company Confidential set changes, billing Company Confidential updates, matter transfers, and general data maintenance Ensure Company Confidential updates are accurately reflected in firm systems and Company Confidential with Company Confidential agreements and billing guidelines Validate data prior to entry and Company Confidential Company Confidential checks after updates are completed Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential errors and recommend potential solutions Ensure Company Confidential documentation and audit trails are maintained for Company Confidential changes Collaborate with billing and finance teams to ensure Company Confidential of Company Confidential structures and Company Confidential billing requirements Ensure compliance with firm financial policies and Company Confidential-specific billing rules Qualifications Minimum of three (2) years of experience Company Confidential to the duties described (e.g., Company Confidential management, Company Confidential, or financial analysis), in a Company Confidential.
