You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards</p> <p>·          The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>·          Follow vendor management guidelines for maintaining daily orders which can consist of outbound calls placed to vendors, receipt of inbound calls from vendors, fee management, proper order notation, identification and appropriate resolution of vendor profile issues and handling of transactional issues as directed by Vendor Management or Directors. </p> <p>·          Maintain compliance with Independence Guidelines.</p> <p>·          Maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and internal staff.</p> <p>·          Manage vendor timelines, appointments and engagement agreements.</p> <p>·          Briefly relay reminders to vendors re: Quality, turnaround times, website usage, etc.</p> <p>·          Follow through with established team goals. </p> <p>·          Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed and timely resolution is accomplished.</p> <p>·          Communication workflow expectations with consumers and vendors.</p> <p>·          Provide suggestions as to assist the team with resolving every day operational challenges.</p> <p>·          Attend and participate in regular department meetings and provide feedback when necessary.</p> <p>·          Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.</p> <p>·          Communicate with Vendor Management and Directors on a regular basis.</p> <p>·          Perform all other duties as assigned.</p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>·          The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and internal staff.·          Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm.
