Sr. Analytics Consultant (Remote)

About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Analytic Consultant. In this role, you will serve as a strategic analytics consultant supporting high-impact sales, expansion, and customer success initiatives. You will lead analytic proofs of concept, evaluations, and retros that drive client decisions and demonstrate solution value. By translating data into clear, actionable insights, you will shape strategic recommendations and create executive-ready deliverables. The role is central to revenue influence, client advisory, and the evolution of analytic best practices across the organization. Responsibilities • Lead and execute analytic proofs of concept (POCs), retros, and POV evaluations supporting flagship and custom solutions. • Translate client objectives and complex datasets into actionable insights and professional, client-ready presentations. • Provide strategic advisory support to Sales, Solutions Consultants, and customers during pre-sales and expansion efforts. • Identify emerging client needs, potential risks, and upsell opportunities through proactive analytics. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Modeling, and Engineering to design and deliver analytic solutions. • Support large, complex customer engagements, including product migrations and multi-solution evaluations. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices, documentation, and analytic innovation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, Analytics or a related discipline. • 5+ years of relevant industry experience (e.g., Fraud, Credit, or Identity Verification), with a minimum of 2 years in client-facing or consulting roles preferred. • Advanced consultative skills, including active listening, collaboration, and the ability to understand and address client needs. • Exceptional client service orientation with demonstrated expertise in applying data quality concepts to effectively resolve issues. • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support the development of others. • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with experience managing full lifecycle projects; prior business analyst experience preferred. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and present to senior stakeholders. • In-depth understanding of the risk information ecosystem, including data providers, industry solutions, and technology partners. • Demonstrated innovation, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to explore new methods and problem-solving approaches. • Effective relationship-building abilities with success collaborating across modeling, sales, IT, product, and leadership teams. • Highly results-oriented with excellent time-management skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments, solicit feedback, and navigate conflict constructively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel as needed.
