This role oversees asset performance, valuation, risk management, and regulatory compliance while acting in the best interests of clients and beneficiaries. The position requires expertise in real estate operations, lease negotiations, property transactions, asset valuations, and fiduciary administration.   The Senior Real Estate Asset Manager partners with attorneys, CPAs, business executives, clients, vendors, and internal Wells Fargo stakeholders to develop and execute asset management strategies. Responsibilities include evaluating and reporting on asset performance, coordinating appraisals, supervising property improvements and renovations, conducting site inspections, and supporting the acquisition or disposition of real estate assets. The role also ensures adherence to banking regulations, fiduciary standards, and company investment policies while providing recommendations to committees, clients, and other stakeholders.    Success in this position requires strong analytical and valuation skills, knowledge of real estate markets and fiduciary asset management, sound risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management. In this role, you will: Manage a portfolio of real estate assets within fiduciary relationships. Conduct asset reviews, valuations, and performance reporting.
