National Fleet Lead - Retail

The National Fleet Lead - Retail will engage, grow, and maintain relationships with both Fleet Management Companies (FMC) and a strategic customer base to drive incremental revenue and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT). The role will coordinate efforts with the Goodyear National Account team to showcase the Goodyear Company Owned Retail Outlets and Roll program. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the customer interface at the national level and fostering consultative relationships with strategic accounts. This position is responsible for the day-to-day relationship with various business stakeholders to ensure effective two way communications and profitable growth of our products aligned with the overall business strategy. Additionally, this position is responsible for internal communication via Local Fleet Sales Representatives and various Retail Field Leadership. Deploying a consultative selling approach, the associate will deliver account objectives for sales revenue, and profitability through existing programs, as well as prospect for new opportunities with national fleets. What You'll Do Lead and manage national‑level relationships with Fleet Management Companies (FMCs) and strategic fleet customers to drive incremental revenue and EBIT growth. Coordinate closely with the Goodyear National Account team to promote and leverage Company Owned Retail Outlets and the Roll program. Serve as the primary customer interface at the national level, building and sustaining consultative, long‑term partnerships with key accounts. Ensure consistent two‑way communication with internal stakeholders—including Local Fleet Sales Representatives and Retail Field Leadership—to align on opportunities, performance, and business strategy. Execute a consultative selling approach to meet or exceed sales revenue, profitability, and account objectives through existing programs. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with national fleet customers to expand Goodyear’s retail footprint.
