About Us

Better Life Pharmacy is a growing independent community pharmacy focused on personalized care, fast service, and strong physician relationships. We are expanding and seeking an experienced Medical Marketing Representative who understands pharmacy operations and can generate measurable prescription growth.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

  • Visit physician offices, urgent care centers, clinics, and assisted living facilities daily
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, office managers, and medical staff
  • Present pharmacy services including free delivery, blister packaging, prior authorization assistance, specialty medications, and bilingual support
  • Generate new prescription referrals and transfer opportunities
  • Maintain daily visit logs (office name, contact person, discussion, follow-up date)
  • Provide weekly performance reports
  • Meet monthly prescription growth targets

Requirements

  • Prior experience in pharmacy marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical office marketing REQUIRED
  • Proven ability to generate prescription referrals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: $45,000 per year

Performance Bonuses:

  • $300 bonus for each new active office that sends 15+ prescriptions within 30 days
  • 3–5% commission on net profit from new accounts for the first 6 months
  • Monthly bonus of $1,000 if total new prescriptions exceed 150 per month

Performance is reviewed at 30, 60, and 90 days. Continued employment is based on measurable growth results.
