Manager, Marketing Automation & Analytics

The Manager, Marketing Automation & Analytics will lead the systems, automation, analytics, and reporting infrastructure that powers RxBenefits’ demand generation efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring marketing efforts are measurable, scalable, integrated, and aligned to business growth objectives. This individual will oversee Salesforce and Pardot operations, marketing automation, attribution, reporting, and digital tracking infrastructure while partnering cross-functionally across demand generation, social media, content, digital marketing, sales operations, and business development teams. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of improving operational efficiency while delivering actionable insights that influence marketing performance and business decisions.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Marketing Operations & Automation

  • Own and optimize Salesforce and Pardot infrastructure, campaign structure, lead lifecycle management, and data integrity

  • Build and improve marketing automation programs including:

  • Nurture campaigns

  • Lead scoring

  • Routing workflows

  • MQL automation

  • Lifecycle progression

  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational consistency across digital marketing efforts

  • Attribution, Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting across:

  • Website

  • Campaigns

  • Email

  • Paid media

  • Social influence

  • Pipeline contribution

  • Build reporting that delivers actionable insights and recommendations, not just metrics

  • Help answer key business questions including:

  • What content is driving engagement and conversion?

  • How is social media influencing the sales cycle?

  • What user behaviors occur after visitors land on the website?

  • Partner with demand generation leadership to analyze campaign and funnel performance

  • Tracking & Digital Infrastructure

  • Own GA4 infrastructure including:

  • Event tracking

  • Conversion tracking

  • Funnel visibility

  • User journey analysis

  • Ensure accurate attribution and tracking across digital channels and systems

  • Connect website, social, campaigns, CRM, and marketing automation platforms into a cohesive measurement ecosystem

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or digital analytics

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement

  • Experience building or improving marketing automation and lead lifecycle programs

  • Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel reporting, and B2B demand generation metrics

  • Experience with GA4, tracking infrastructure, and conversion analysis

  • Experience creating executive-level dashboards and performance reporting

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience supporting B2B demand generation teams

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other complex B2B industries

  • Experience working with external marketing agencies and implementation partners

  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and website optimization concepts

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $105 ,000 to $120 ,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The final salary offered to the selected candidate may vary from the posted range due to individual qualifications.
