Daily responsibilities include conducting market analyses, preparing comparative market reports, drafting and reviewing contracts and addenda under broker guidance, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The agent will maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties to ensure timely and compliant transactions.
