Our Client is seeking a driven Senior Associate – FP&A (Strategic Technology Finance) to support financial planning, analysis, and decision‑making for enterprise technology initiatives.

This role partners closely with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, improve transparency into performance, and support strategic investments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with effective communication and collaboration skills to influence business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers impacting results
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management activities for technology initiatives
  • Develop and enhance financial models to improve visibility and decision‑making
Business Partnership & Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support planning for new investments and programs
  • Assist with analysis related to business growth, acquisitions, and ad‑hoc projects
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and executive‑level presentations
  • Clearly communicate analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Translate complex financial data into meaningful, business‑focused narratives
Execution & Project Ownership
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality outputs
  • Take ownership of key deliverables and contribute as a project lead on select initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and methodologies
What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in financial modeling
  • 1+ year of experience supporting a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
  • 2+ years of experience in an FP&A environment
  • Experience in consulting environments (e.g., Big 4)
  • Strong experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
