About the Role You will provide customer support through calls, ensure accurate handling of enquiries, maintain documentation, and follow process guidelines to deliver a consistent service experience. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to remain composed under pressure, and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities
