Description
Reunification and Therapeutic Family Time (RTFT) program is seeking to fill a full time Counselor position to join our dynamic team of professionals. The RTFT program provides support services to identified families to conduct Reunification Readiness Assessments, Reunification Services and Therapeutic Family Time services to DCF referred families throughout the 21 town service area of Northeast CT. Services are offered in the office and in community settings. The potential candidate will possess good time management skills, the ability to coordinate services for the families as well as a desire and commitment to work with children and families within the child welfare system. Training provided on program model. Position requires excellent assessment skills and ability to engage families from diverse backgrounds. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant human services field plus two years of experience preferred

Full-time position - 40 hours per week (flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends)

Salary Range: $19.00-$21.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency: $19.96-$ 22.59 (depending on experience)
