  • Own the Process: Execute and verify transactions with precision and speed, adhering to clear process guidelines to ensure accuracy.
  • Be a Problem-Solver: Tackle Source-to-Pay (S2P) challenges head-on and collaborate across departments to find effective solutions.
  • Make It Better: Identify inefficiencies, lead improvement projects, and keep our process playbook up to date and relevant.
  • Share Your Skills: Conduct internal training sessions (both one-on-one and in groups) to help teammates master systems and workflows.
  • Support Sourcing and Category Management: Assist in analyzing content data to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Connect and Contribute: Build networks with stakeholders, business partners, and peers. Engage in expert networks, drive process initiatives, and share best practices to promote continuous improvement.
  • Track Success: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive actions to keep us ahead of the curve.

  • Educated & Ready: You hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field and are eager to apply your knowledge.
  • Experienced Where It Counts: You bring solid expertise in the Source to Pay process, making you a valuable asset to the team.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and Ariba, and you are familiar with AI tools to enhance productivity.
