<strong style="font-weight:700;">Job Title: Assembler</strong><br /><strong>Job Description</strong><p>We are seeking individuals who are mechanically inclined or have previous manufacturing experience. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train you. The role involves performing layout assembly and ideally soldering of wires. You have the flexibility to stand or sit during assembly, and headphones are allowed. The production atmosphere includes about 36 assemblers who report to the production supervisor. You will have autonomy in your work, with the primary goal of meeting production targets.<p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Branford, CT.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
